We are located in Polk County Florida but service clients everywhere.
As web designers we found that most clients do not want to spend hundreds of hours and many months building a website so we created designs to make the process easier. Our pre-made templates helps us get the job completed faster and provide a new website for your business quicker and easier.
The Business Card Websites are just as they are called. It is your online business card with complete information all on one page.
The website designs are structured in the best layout for web and mobile devices. You can change colors, photos and content but the layout remains the same. There is no menu or interior pages except for the Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement.
Once we receive the website request questionairre, we will verify your identity via email and when confirmed in one week you will receive a special link to view your website. We can also setup a call to go over the changes and specifics if needed.
On our website request questionnaire we have pre-written content for you to choose the best words to describe your business. We also create additional content to be used for SEO. We can handle the website text for you.
If you would like more than one page or have more content, we suggest the Medium Build that will give you up to 2-5 pages.
Yes, you can use your own images as long as they are legally yours. We discourage using any images found on an internet search. We also have a library of stock images to choose from and are included in all packages.
Modern websites have a similar look that allows mobile scalability. We have created different types of layouts and when changed with your logo, colors, icons and more your website will have a unique look. We also may make other suggestions if we think there is a better design for your company. We are always creating new designs to add to our collection.
Yes! We have a team of designers that can design a logo for your business. Price ranges can vary, but we can design a logo for you for $200.
You can choose any design you like and we can adjust it for your trade or industry.
If you already have a website, we would need to take a look at your current situation and determine the best option for you. Contact us to let us know the details.
If you already have a domain name, you can join our Bluecraft monthly membership program and we can manage your website on your own server. Our Bluecraft monthly fee includes hosting, if you are with another web host company, you will be responsible for paying the hosting fees for that company. Our hosting is included and you do not have to worry about yearly hosting payments.
Account & Domain
Since domain names are intellectual property, we can guide you through purchasing a domain name. We suggest using Hosting.com for your domain purchase.
Yes! The domain name will not be in our name but your name to serve as your intellectual property.
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can receive up to 1-3 email addresses. You will receive instructions to setup your email on your mobile device or computer. If you need assistance with email setup, there is an additional $80 fee.
Your investment includes hosting on a secure server with monthly malware checks, backend updates, backups, security checks and depending on your plan updates to your content.
You can request cancelation your subscription with our quick cancellation form. We will give you 30 days to migrate your website to a new server if you choose to do so.
Your subscription starts the day your website is launched. You will be billed monthly on that day. If you cancel your subscription, your website will no longer be live after your renewal day or date.
Yes, you will have access to your website since it is your intellectual property. You can make edits, but we highly suggest that edits be completed by our skilled web team. If issues arise after an edit made by a third party, there could be a service fee to recover the website.
You will be mailed all your login credentials after launch and first payment. You can also use the customer login button on this website to access your current and upcoming invoices or to make changes to your billing information.
If your website happens to have issues or crash, we will fix it for you. However, if we find that the error is from edits with another designer or self edits there will be a service fee.
Once your website is launched, monthly fees will be deducted from your account. We will send you a link with a signoff document, agreement & invoice to start the monthly or yearly payment. We do not store your credit card information.
We design the websites with the ability to develop other pages quickly. If you want other pages, each page buildout may put you into a higher plan.
We have a website launch sign off document that will need to be executed so we can sign the website over to you as your property. Our agreements are month to month.
You will have 30 days within the launch of the website to request a refund for the first month paid. After 30 days, we do not issue refunds. You can request cancellation of your account and migration of website to another website platform.
Yes, your website is backed up monthly and if you cancel your membership with us, you will receive the files to transfer your website to a new hosting company or we can do it for you for an extra fee.

We will design your website and content with SEO in mind. Our Business Card and Medium build comes with initial onsite SEO. If your goal is to have a more rich website with monthly SEO tactics and monitoring, we suggest the advanced build.
Onsite SEO is a best practice for building a website that uses keywords, image naming, page load speed, sitemaps and more. We deliver a clean uncluttered website for best results.
With our advanced SEO program, we monitor keywords, website ranking, link building, and make website adjustments based on the data we receive from our SEO software. You receive a monthly report with keyword placement and other important factors.

Website Updates & Edits
Fill out our website update request form and we make the updates for you.
Updates are done within 24 – 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Friday requests can be done the same day but sometimes will be completed on the next business day.
If you would like to add more photos to your website or website portfolio, we can discuss options for a gallery page if you do not have one. *Additional costs may apply.
Yes you can. But you would need to have it on a YouTube or Vimeo channel.
We recommend limiting third party access to your website to maintain stability and performance. If external changes are made, any resulting issues, repairs, or additional edits may be subject to standard billable rates.
Photos can be uploaded through our website edit request form. Please do not use images from Google, as most are copyrighted. Any stock photos must be properly licensed before use. Only 5 photos can be uploaded at one time.
Yes. Using photos from your actual job sites is encouraged, as they showcase your real work and help build trust with potential customers. We recommend obtaining permission from the property owner before using any job site photos on your website. This helps protect your business, respects client privacy, and ensures you have the right to share the work publicly.
